A life long desire to own and operate a business coupled with years of sewing and crafting form the foundation. But it took a son's enthusiasm for anything to do with firefighting to spark the beginnings of Pike Pole Products. 

Being able to support my son in his life's calling and being partnered with my husband / best friend make the days of bending over a sewing machine working on thick fabric a joy.

The store is named for the pike pole, a piece of equipment firefighters use in a fire. In the darkness of a burning room, the pike pole is an extension of the firefighter's arm to aid them in finding victims. It also has a sharp end used to create ventilation holes wherever needed or to search for pockets of fire in the ceiling overhead.

Service. Dependable. Ready. Not just words to a fire fighter. So also, my goal for Pike Pole Products is to serve with excellence, always be dependable, and ready for all situations.
