• I thought you put the gear through a cleaning process, why are there stains on it?

  • Fire and smoke will permanently mar fabrics. Nomex is no exception. I do put the gear through a borax wash to rid the cloth of contaminants but the fire and smoke stains are permanently embedded making each piece totally unique.

• If I have a custom piece made, how long will it take and how much will it cost?

  • Since each custom piece is different, I cannot give you specific cost and time until I know what it is you are wanting. After a few emails back and forth to learn some of the details of what you are wanting, I can give you a quote on the time and price. Until you actually purchase your custom piece you are under no obligation to buy.

• How do I have something made from my old gear?

  • I love making items from your personal gear. Send me an email and let me know how much gear you have and what you would like made. I will let you know how much credit I you will get for it, where to send your gear and about how long you can expect the whole process to take.
