Shipping + Returns

All items are shipped via USPS first-class unless an upgrade to priority shipping is requested. Most items are shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom items are shipped within 5-7 business days. The duffle bags are made to order and because of their popularity they may take 2 to 3 months for production.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your product. Please contact me. Items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery.

Customized items can't be returned or exchanged.

Full refunds of non-customized items are processed within 5 business days of receiving the product back at the shop, less any shipping charges.
